Membership PLANS
Understanding dental insurance plans and coverage can be enough to make your head spin. But don’t worry. We accept nearly all insurances and will take care of all of the frustrating paperwork and follow-up for you – you are only responsible for the co-payment at the time of service.
We offer our own Membership Plan and on top of accepting nearly all insurances, we are in network with Delta Premiere, Delta PPO, and participate with Blue Cross Blue Shield fee schedules. Regardless of your coverage, we will work with you to ensure you get the care you need.

- Our membership plan is not insurance and is not a qualified health plan under the Affordable Care Act.
- Our membership plan includes a 30 day money back guarantee. You can recieve a full refund up to 30 days after purchase if no benefits of the plan have been used. Refunds after 30 days will be at the discretion of our practice.
- Payment for any treatment(s) not included in the membership plan is due at the time of service.
- The membership plan benefits may not be combined with insurance, other offers, or discounts.
